Product licence

What you get

When a payment is confirmed you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product under the licence type shown on its page. You do not buy the copyright; we (or, for third-party products, the named vendor) keep it.

The licence covers every version we publish for that product. Earlier versions remain available in your library.

Licence types

Single business: use inside one business (one legal entity and the brands it owns). Employees and contractors of that business may use it for that business's work.

Team: as Single business, and you may share the files with service partners (for example a warehouse or logistics partner) for work they do for your business.

Agency: you may also use the product to deliver work for your own clients, and give clients finished deliverables made with it. You may not hand clients the original product files to reuse on their own.

Not allowed under any licence

Reselling, sublicensing, sharing publicly, or giving away the product files or a lightly modified copy of them.

Uploading the files to template marketplaces, shared drives open to the public, or course platforms.

Removing copyright or vendor notices from the files.

When the licence ends

The licence ends for an order that is fully refunded or lost in a payment dispute, and access is removed from your library. Partial refunds do not end the licence.

Breaching this licence ends it. We may then remove library access.
