Accounts

You need an account to buy, so we can deliver files to your library. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account.

We may suspend accounts used to share products in breach of the licence or to attempt fraud.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout, calculated by our server at that moment.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. An order is complete only when Razorpay confirms the payment to us. If a payment is taken but not confirmed, we reconcile it with Razorpay and either complete the order or the payment is refunded.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally through your library: downloads, copy links, or account-specific instructions, as stated on each product page. Download links are generated on request and expire after a short time; you can always generate new ones from your library while the licence is active.

Reviews

Only customers who bought a product can review it. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience with that product.

Reviews are published straight away. We may hide a review that is abusive, advertising, off-topic or reveals someone's personal information, and we record why. We never hide a review because it is critical.

By posting a review you allow us to display it on our website for as long as the product is listed.

Our responsibility

Products are tools and templates. Results depend on the data you put in and the decisions you make; we don't guarantee any business outcome.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the seat of the business have jurisdiction.
